As an organization working with young people, it is our priority to create a safe environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, and free to grow. That’s why we have developed a comprehensive Child Protection Policy, which sets out clear guidelines and measures to protect children and young people. It helps us recognize potential risks early on, take appropriate action, and foster a culture of attentiveness and responsibility. Our policy includes:

• A code of conduct for staff and volunteers
• A clear procedure for dealing with suspected cases of harm
• Designated contact persons for children, young people, parents, and staff
• Preventative measures and efforts to promote respectful interactions
